whole foods market 04 by Articles Uncovered

In some ways, I have always liked whole foods market. I live in an area without a lot of natural food stores, you see, but I try to eat healthy. This can be hard to do. I would love to buy locally grown stuff, but often that is not an option. Going to a whole foods store is a good way to get products that are grown without pesticides or dangerous additives. The problem is that, beneath the politically correct and environmentally friendly veneer, the whole foods supermarket hides a thick core of evil.
I have been to many whole foods markets, and it is always the same story. They are all ? every last one of them ? packed with yuppies who feel that their ability to spend a little extra money on healthy food entitles them to the rights to sneer at the world and elbow it out of the way. I used to think that this had nothing to do with whole foods market. After all, it seems like a socially responsible corporation. Then I found out the truth of the matter. Whole foods is actually owned by venture capitalists with money in the weapons industry. They are notorious for their union busting. In short, whole foods market is the big evil mega corporation for hippies.
Nevertheless, I don't shop at whole foods market for their record of sustainable development and responsible corporate culture. I shop there for the food, and boy is it good! Honestly, if I could afford the high prices which are twice that of my local grocery store, I would go to whole foods market every single day. I would stop cooking too. They have a lot of premade food that is pretty delicious. You see, I have always been a lazy cook, and never have the time to make the type of vegan delicacies that I can get at whole foods market. I don't know how they do so much tasty cooking without the use of meat!
Honestly, if you have a whole food market nearby, you should check it out. Usually, small locally owned organic food stores have better food at cheaper prices, but they tend to go out of business pretty quickly. The advantage of the whole foods market is that it is here to stay. That and the fact that, unlike many of the smaller grocery stores, they generally have parking lots.
