Where oh where can you earn good money? Hmm, this certainly depends on several factors. Education for example is a great start to a bright future. On the other hand, I have witnessed far more individuals succeed with drive and perseverance. A strong state of mind is a powerful ally. With it you can go anywhere you please. The game of real estate selling is a prime example of what I mean. I know a lady who ditched her career after 20 years of devoted service, to try her hand at the real-estate game. I had known this woman for years and was shocked when she pulled such a bold move. Apparently she realized what a money making business it is, and wanted her cut of the wealth. Whatever drove her to this choice, she is living quite well these days.
The real-estate business is a funny animal. It can turn on you in an instant. Or, it can treat you like a god with riches to spare. When my friend entered this popular profession, she didn't go into it blindly. Heck no! She started by reading a book on real estate selling. Then it was on to the real-estate course at the local college. She did these things while holding onto her 9-5 standard gig. The real-estate business became her passion and hobby. Before she knew it, she was showing a variety of homes to potential buys. Oh, and here's the kicker. She was awesome at it. It's all about the charisma and pitch. She would convince them why they wanted the house, get them stoked about the new home. This is a strategy anyone can learn from. I'm amazed when I see folks in the real estate selling business on television shows, and they're so passive and boring. I can't help but wonder how in the world they ever make a sale and earn a percentage. It's ALL about that sales tactic.
You may be wondering if the real estate selling business is right for you. This just depends on your motivations and goals in life. Would you feel comfortable pitching homes to complete strangers, would you excel at it, are you ready to make a fat percentage on a home sale? Ask yourself these questions. Personally I would love to just make one sale on a celebrity home. Now, what's 5 percent of 20 million dollars again?
